Public Hearing

There will be a Public Hearing on March 14, 2017 at 7PM at the Camillus Town Hall to consider a zone change for a proposed development off Scenic Drive.

The proposed plan calls for a 118 lot subdivision located off Scenic Drive between Raspberry Lane and Greencastle St. in Annesgrove. The only entry and exit from the development would be off Scenic.  There would be no connections to other streets.

The plan calls for the subdivision to be completed in four sections. Section one would consist of 40 lots for the first phase, 22 lots in the second phase.  Sections 2, 3 & 4 would require the building of a new water tower.  The water tower would be paid by the residents of the new development.

The plan involves two parcels which the developer has asked to have a zone change. The first 47 acre parcel is currently R2 (residential).  The change would be to R3 (residential).  The second 114 acre parcel is R1.  This would be changed to R3.  The zone change would more easily allow more lots.
